Our hats are ethically made from 50% Paper/50% Palm Leaf. This eco-friendly material is blended and then carefully molded into our cowboy hat shapes. Once dry, each hat is given three coats of paint to stiffen the hat and hold its shape. The band is then carefully attached to the base of the crown. The result is an extremely versatile hat.
With authenticity and simplicity in mind, we wanted to design a cowboy hat that could be worn anywhere. Lightweight and sturdy. A sturdy yet loose fit. It had to fit both men and women.
